Cadspro Technologies is looking for a passionate and result-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team.
With over 10+ years of industry experience, we are an authorized partner for leading technologies including SOLIDWORKS, Hexagon, Dassault Systèmes, and DELL Technologies. We help manufacturing and engineering companies improve their design, development, and production processes through advanced engineering software and digital manufacturing solutions.

• SOLIDWORKS – CAD Solutions
• Digital Manufacturing & Automation Solutions
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and generate new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Understand customer requirements and present suitable solutions
• Conduct market research and lead generation activities
• Work closely with internal technical and sales teams
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
✔ Experience in Business Development / B2B Sales
✔ Strong communication and negotiation skills
✔ Interest or experience in engineering/software solutions is a plus
✔ Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
✔ Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
