Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Business Development Manager based in Bengaluru. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The Business Development Manager will also be responsible for market research, developing sales strategies, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts with clients. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and achieve business goals is a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Experience in business development, sales, and relationship management
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with the medical diagnostic equipment industry is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
