Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and overseeing the end-to-end sales cycle. The role involves devising strategic plans for client acquisition, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and staying updated on market trends to identify potential opportunities. The manager is expected to meet and exceed sales targets while contributing to the company’s long-term revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Strong business development and client relationship management skills
- Experience in strategic planning, market analysis, and identifying opportunities
- Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve sales targets
- Familiarity with digital platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and social media channels is a plus
- Knowledge of growth marketing or performance marketing strategies is beneficial
- Educational background in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the e-commerce or growth consulting industry is an advantage
