Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Noida. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and building long-term client relationships. The role includes creating and executing business development strategies, analyzing market trends, pitching products or services to potential clients, and collaborating with internal teams to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will contribute to scaling revenue and expanding market presence.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in sales, market analysis, and identifying business opportunities
- Experience in account management, client relationship-building, and partnership development
- Strategic thinking and organizational skills to design and implement growth strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and independently with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Previous experience in the e-commerce or retail industry is advantageous
