Business Development Manager (a.k.a. Revenue Generator, Not “Just Sales”)What we do

If it’s tech that makes businesses money or saves them time, we’re probably building it.
What you’ll actually do
You are not here to “assist sales”. You are sales.
• Find leads like your life depends on it
• Reach out, follow up, chase, close
• Handle the entire cycle from first message to money in bank
• Understand what we sell and pitch it like you own the company
• Close deals, not conversations
If you need a script for every call, this is not for you
Who we want
• You know how to sell. Period.
• You’ve closed deals before or you’re hungry enough to figure it out fast
• You don’t hide behind “experience” excuses
• You are okay hearing “no” 20 times to get 1 “yes”
• You care about making money more than looking busy
Years of experience does not matter
Your ability to generate revenue does
Compensation
Month 1
Pure commission
