We’re looking for closers, not coordinators, professionals who understand the U.S. staffing landscape, have handled direct clients or prime vendors, and can bring in business from day one.
Your Mission
- Close new clients every month. Not nurture. Not chase. Close.
- Own the entire sales process — outreach → pitch → negotiation → MSA → kickoff.
- Sell contingency & retained models effectively to startups and tech clients in the U.S.
- Leverage your network of direct clients, founders, and hiring managers.
- Craft proposals, rate cards, and partnership decks to match each client’s hiring pain.
- Partner with recruiters to ensure delivery and maintain client retention post-closure.
- Exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and placement targets consistently.
What You’ll Need to Bring
- 5–10 years in U.S. staffing / recruitment sales.
- Proven track record of closing new business with direct clients (not just vendors).
- Deep understanding of fee negotiation (20–30%), delivery cycles, and placement economics.
- Confidence selling to C-suite (CTOs, VPs, Talent Heads) and handling objections.
- Knowledge of W2 / C2C / C2H / Direct-hire structures.
- Hands-on with Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRMs (HubSpot/Zoho).
