Role Description
This is a full-time, role for a Business Development Manager based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic business plans. Additional responsibilities include market research, data analysis, preparing sales proposals, and presenting to prospective clients. The role demands collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve business growth goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Account Management
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and client engagement skills
- Analytical skills with expertise in Market Research and Business Analytics
- Proficient communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with the marine or industrial equipment sector is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline
- Experience in working with multinational teams and clients is a plus
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently
