Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Hubli. The successful candidate will identify and pursue new business opportunities, establish and nurture client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth through strategic partnership development. Daily responsibilities will include market research, preparing sales proposals, delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business goals. The role also involves keeping up-to-date with industry trends to ensure competitive positioning.

- Strong direct B2B sales, business development, and relationship management skills
- Experience in conducting market research and preparing strategic plans
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Project management and leadership skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams
- Proficiency with CRM tools and data analysis

- Must have own vehicle
