Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position located in Bengaluru for the role of Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will lead efforts to identify and build strategic partnerships to expand market reach. Responsibilities include developing innovative strategies to capture new business opportunities, managing sales pipelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet client requirements, and fostering relationships with potential and existing clients to drive growth.
Qualifications
- Strong business development and relationship-building skills, with proven success in identifying and acquiring new clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of presenting solutions effectively to diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in market research, strategic planning, and sales forecasting to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Experience in the mobility or elevator industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven organizational and problem-solving abilities coupled with a results-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and a data-driven approach to managing sales pipelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
