Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lucknow for the position of Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building long-term relationships with clients, and driving sales initiatives. Daily tasks include meeting potential clients, presenting business solutions, conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create tailored strategies for client acquisition and retention. The role also emphasizes achieving revenue targets and expanding the company's market presence.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Client Acquisition
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Ability to analyze market trends, perform competitive analysis, and identify growth opportunities
- Proficiency in CRM tools and business analytics software
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and presentation skills
- Willingness to work on-site in Lucknow
- Previous experience in real estate or Proptech is advantageous
