Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Business Development Manager. The individual will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering and maintaining strong client relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create bespoke service proposals. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, developing partnerships, and leading negotiations to drive growth and achieve revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Development, Sales, and Lead Generation
- Proficiency in Market Research and Competitive Analysis
- Experience in Client Relationship Management and Negotiation
- Strong Communication and Presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to develop Strategic Plans and execute Business Strategies
- Experience in the construction, architecture, or design industry is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and drive business growth
