As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will be at the forefront of our sales operations, handling premium clients, closing high-value deals, and contributing directly to the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure
- Conduct client meetings and site visits across Bangalore
- Coordinate with builders and developers
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline and follow-up process
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in Real Estate, Sales, or Business Development
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong closing ability with a target-driven mindset
- Knowledge of the Bangalore real estate market is an added advantage
- Leadership qualities with the potential to manage and mentor teams
