Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team in Chennai. This is a full-time, on-site role that involves identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with hotel partners and clients, and contributing to the rapid growth of our network. Responsibilities include leading strategic initiatives, negotiating contracts, managing partnerships, and identifying market trends. The role will require frequent interaction with various stakeholders to ensure the successful onboarding of hotels and the development of existing collaborations.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Business Development, Sales, and Partner Relationship Management.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities to build and maintain client relationships.
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills to identify market trends and develop impactful business strategies.
- Experience with Market Research and an understanding of the hospitality or travel sector is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and other sales software systems.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Flexibility to travel locally for client and partner meetings as necessary.
