We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager who can identify growth opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue for the business. The ideal candidate should be proactive, strategic, and confident in closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, networking, and digital channels
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable services/solutions
- Lead the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, marketing, tech) for project execution
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor strategies
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitch decks for clients
- Track and report sales performance and pipeline regularly
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Sales-driven mindset with a focus on targets and conversions
- Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability
- Confidence in pitching services and closing deals
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, branding, or web services (preferred)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1–4 years of experience in business development / sales (agency experience is a plus)
