Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager at Brand Protection Services Pvt. Ltd. The Business Development Manager will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and manage a pipeline of prospects, and drive end-to-end sales cycles from initial outreach to contract closure. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, understanding client pain points related to brand protection, preparing proposals, and delivering solution-oriented presentations and demos. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, coordinating with internal teams to ensure service quality, and gathering feedback to refine offerings. The Business Development Manager will also monitor competitors, track key metrics, and report on business performance to leadership on a regular basis.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, B2B sales, or account management, ideally in brand protection, security solutions, compliance, or related services.
- Strong skills in prospecting, lead qualification, pipeline management, negotiation, and deal closing.
- Ability to conduct market and industry research, analyze customer needs, and translate insights into targeted business development strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust with decision-makers at various organizational levels.
- Comfort working in a remote environment, with strong self-organization, time management, and follow-through on commitments and targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic data analysis to track performance and forecast revenue.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Experience working with ISO-certified or quality-focused organizations is a plus, along with an understanding of compliance, anti-counterfeiting, or brand protection concepts.
