Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities include generating leads, developing and delivering impactful pitches, negotiating contracts, and managing client accounts. The role also includes market research to stay updated on industry trends and collaborating with internal teams to create customized brand solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, client relationship management, and account management
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify business opportunities
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other sales tools
- Experience in marketing, brand management, or event planning is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Willingness to work on-site in Chennai and travel as required
