The Role at a Glance- Location: Mangalore (Remote / Work from Home).
- Field Work: Frequent local client visits (Travel expenses fully reimbursed).
- Structure: 6-day work week (Flexible remote/field split).
- Compensation: ₹5 LPA Fixed + 10% Incentive (on monthly revenue exceeding ₹2.5L).
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Outreach: Initiate contact with key stakeholders through outbound calls to introduce our AI-driven solutions.
- Dynamic Presentations: Conduct persuasive online demos and tailored in-person pitches that solve client pain points.
- Relationship Management: Spend time on the ground in Calicut, building trust and negotiating long-term partnerships.
- End-to-End Conversion: Manage the full sales cycle, from the initial "hello" to successful platform onboarding.
- Data Diligence: Use CRM tools to track your pipeline and optimize your sales strategy.
Who You Are- The Professional: You have 2+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
- The Communicator: You possess top-tier presentation skills and the ability to connect with people at all levels.
