Brahma Rishi Infrastructure is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth in the infrastructure, EPC, and construction sectors.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities in infrastructure, EPC, roads, buildings, industrial, and government projects.
* Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, government departments, and strategic partners.
* Generate leads, participate in pre-bid meetings, and support tender acquisition.
* Coordinate with estimation, tendering, and project execution teams.
* Develop long-term business strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
* Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and networking forums.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum 5+ years of experience in business development within the infrastructure, EPC, or construction industry.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Proven track record of acquiring and managing high-value projects.
* Willingness to travel extensively as required.
