Blue Monkfish Private Limited is looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Business Development Executive who can independently drive business growth, manage international clients, and handle the complete sales and project lifecycle.
We are seeking a self-driven professional capable of managing lead generation, client acquisition, project coordination, and revenue targets with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets
- Generate and manage qualified leads through platforms such as:
- LinkedIn & LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Apollo
- Upwork & Freelance portals
- AI-based prospecting platforms
- Online research and networking channels
- Handle US and International clients independently
- Conduct cold calling, email marketing, and outbound sales campaigns
- Manage business listings and proposal platforms such as:
- Clutch
- DesignRush
- Other B2B listing platforms
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable digital solutions
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, presentations, and pitch decks
- Manage the complete sales cycle — prospecting to deal closure
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
- Oversee project delivery and ensure client satisfaction
- Manage and monitor ongoing projects after closure
- Support SEO project handling and coordination when required
- Maintain CRM updates, pipeline tracking, and sales reports
- Achieve monthly revenue targets (minimum $3000 sales target)
- Build long-term client relationships and ensure repeat business
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Business Development / Client Acquisition / Sales
- Proven experience handling US & International clients
- Strong expertise in lead generation and outbound sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Hands-on experience in:
- LinkedIn lead generation
- Apollo or similar prospecting tools
- Cold calling & email marketing
- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing / IT Services / Creative Agency business
- Ability to independently manage clients, projects, and revenue goals
- Experience in project coordination and delivery management
- Strong leadership, ownership, and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with Digital Marketing or IT Service companies
- Knowledge of SEO processes and campaign coordination
- Experience managing international business pipelines
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms
- Experience handling end-to-end client lifecycle management

Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Working Days: Monday – Friday + Alternate Saturdays
Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹70,000 per month (Based on Experience)
Work Mode: In-Office (Work Location: In Person)
