About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will play a key part in driving our growth by identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our impact footprint.
You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to shape and execute business strategies that align with our mission.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
- Conduct market research and develop growth strategies
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term collaborations
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and business pitches
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government bodies, partners, and clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Support contract negotiations and business planning initiatives
What We’re Looking For- Strong business acumen with experience in market research, lead generation, and strategy
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve complex problems
- Experience in technology-driven solutions or social impact initiatives (preferred)
- Understanding of public sector engagement and policy frameworks is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Willingness to engage in on-ground activities and work closely with communities
