Black Rock Solutions is looking for experienced and driven Business Development Managers for our US IT Staffing division.
🔹 Responsibilities:
• Generate new business opportunities with Direct Clients & Implementation Partners
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Work closely with recruiters to fulfill client requirements
• Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms
• Drive revenue growth and account expansion
🔹 Requirements:
• Experience in US IT Staffing Business Development
• Strong network with Implementation Partners / Direct Clients
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Proven track record in closures and account management
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
