Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and pursuing growth opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue through innovative strategies. Responsibilities include identifying new market opportunities, negotiating business deals, preparing proposals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align initiatives with business objectives. The ideal candidate will also monitor industry trends to inform strategic decisions and actively contribute to the growth of the organization.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management
- Strong proficiency in Market Research and Opportunity Identification
- Excellent Negotiation, Presentation, and Stakeholder Management skills
- Ability to strategize and execute Sales Plans and Target Achievements
- Proactive mindset with strong Analytical and Problem-Solving abilities
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in the entrepreneurial ecosystem or supporting MSMEs is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
