Position Overview
This is a 100% uncapped, commission-based role built for a true hunter. If you are an experienced sales professional who thrives on autonomy, loves closing high-ticket deals, and prefers being paid exactly what you are worth rather than being tied to a flat salary, this role is for you.
You will own the entire sales pipeline—from prospecting and initial outreach to pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Independently identify, target, and qualify high-value B2B prospects that align with Bioqubiit Autozenn’s offerings.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, managing deals from cold outreach to final signature.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct deep-dive discovery calls to understand client pain points and pitch Bioqubiit Autozenn’s solutions effectively.
- Deal Closure & Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations, handling objections smoothly to secure win-win agreements.
- Relationship Management: Act as the trusted primary point of contact for new accounts, ensuring seamless onboarding and long-term client retention.

What We Are Looking For
- Proven Track Record: At least 3–5 years of B2B sales or business development experience (experience in tech, automation, biotech, or consulting is a major plus).
- The "Hunter" Mentality: You don't wait for inbound leads. You are comfortable making cold calls, sending cold emails, and leveraging LinkedIn to get your foot in the door.
- Self-Motivated & Disciplined: Since this is a remote, autonomous role, you must possess impeccable time-management skills and the drive to work without supervision.
- Exceptional Communicator: You can command a room, present complex ideas simply, and build instant rapport with C-level executives.
- Resilience: A commission-only structure requires grit. You view "no" as a stepping stone to a "yes."
