Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Business Development Manager will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and strategizing to drive company growth. Responsibilities include conducting market research, developing partnerships, contributing to sales generation, and managing accounts. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective business strategies and achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Strategic Planning
- Strong skills in Market Research and Data Analysis
- Proficiency in Sales Strategy Development and Account Management
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation abilities
- Knowledge of the biotechnology, life sciences, or pharmaceutical sectors is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field; advanced degree is a plus
- Proven ability to meet targets and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
