We are accepting applications for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through digital channels, outbound prospecting, and strategic lead generation initiatives. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of online business development platforms, and the ability to consistently build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities- Create, optimize, and manage company profiles on various digital platforms for business visibility and lead generation.
- Develop and maintain a strong online presence across relevant business directories, marketplaces, and professional networks.
- Identify and bid on suitable projects and opportunities through digital bidding platforms.
- Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting methods including email outreach, LinkedIn networking, cold calling, and other lead generation channels.
- Research target industries, companies, and decision-makers to identify potential business opportunities.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospects and convert them into long-term clients.
- Prepare and submit business proposals, presentations, and responses to client requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and business development activities in CRM systems and tracking tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and handover of new accounts.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and business acquisition targets.
- Continuously explore new channels, tools, and strategies for generating business opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, Sales, or a related role.
- Proven experience with digital lead generation and client acquisition.
- Experience in bidding on online platforms and responding to business opportunities.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn, email outreach, business directories, and other prospecting channels.
- Excellent proposal writing and business communication skills.
- Strong research, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems, and online business tools.
Mandatory Requirements- Excellent command of written and spoken English is mandatory.
- Strong professional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to draft high-quality emails, proposals, and client communications.
- Must be comfortable interacting with international clients and prospects.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in IT services, digital marketing, software development, outsourcing, or agency environments.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales automation tools.
- Experience working with international markets and clients.
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (In-Office)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
