Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Business Development Manager. The successful candidate will identify business opportunities, establish and maintain relationships with clients, and develop strategic plans to drive revenue growth. Additional responsibilities include managing sales pipelines, negotiating contracts, preparing business proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver client-focused solutions. The role also requires analyzing market trends and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement in business development strategies.
Qualifications
- Business Development and Strategic Planning skills to identify opportunities and create actionable growth strategies.
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- Market Analysis and Sales Management expertise to identify trends and manage sales pipelines efficiently.
- Experience in preparing Business Proposals, Contracts, and presentations to clients and partners.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, analytics platforms, and business development software is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing revenue pipelines.
- Passion for leveraging innovative technology solutions to address real-world operational challenges.
