Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Gaya for a Business Development Manager. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying potential business opportunities, and driving sales to achieve growth targets. The Business Development Manager will negotiate contracts, devise strategies to penetrate new markets, participate in marketing initiatives, and foster partnerships with key stakeholders to expand clientele and business presence. Monitoring market trends and preparing detailed sales and growth reports will also be key responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills for client engagement, closing deals, and business expansion
- Proficiency in market analysis, opportunity identification, and strategic planning
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
