About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive occupancy, generate leads, and build strong client relationships for our coworking and managed office spaces. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales expertise, and the ability to close deals with startups, SMEs, and enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, site visits, and digital outreach
- Identify and connect with potential clients looking for office spaces
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and office tours
- Negotiate commercial terms and close leasing deals
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers, channel partners, and corporate clients
- Develop sales strategies to increase occupancy and revenue
- Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns and lead generation activities
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports regularly
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in business development, real estate sales, coworking, or commercial leasing
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently
- Good understanding of commercial real estate and coworking industry is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
