Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager at Beyond Mentor, based in Chennai. The Business Development Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients, identify new growth opportunities, and drive revenue generation. Responsibilities include creating and executing business strategies, managing customer relationships, market research, and generating leads. The role also involves working cross-functionally with marketing and product teams to align business goals with customer needs and market demand.
CTC : 8-10 LPA
Exp:3+ years in B2B School Sales.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Client Relationship Management
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Solid Analytical Thinking, Market Research, and Strategic Planning abilities
- Experience in CRM tools and other business development software
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and strong decision-making capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Familiarity with the EdTech industry is preferable but not mandatory
