About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead institutional sales across Chennai. This role is strictly for professionals with prior experience in B2B sales within schools or educational institutions
Key Responsibilities
* Drive end-to-end B2B sales with schools (K-12 segment)
* Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers (Principals, Trustees, School Management)
* Own the complete sales cycle: lead generation, meetings, pitching, negotiation, and closure
* Conduct high-impact presentations tailored to institutional needs
* Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
* Maintain a strong sales pipeline and accurate reporting
* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and execution
* Identify new opportunities within the education ecosystem
Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
* Minimum 3+ years of B2B sales experience exclusively in schools or educational institutions
* Proven track record of closures in the education segment
* Strong understanding of school sales cycles and stakeholder dynamics
* Existing network within Chennai schools is highly preferred
