Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram for a Business Development Manager for the Automotive Products Division with excellent relationships with the Automotive OEM's.
In this role, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and devise strategies to achieve revenue targets. Responsibilities include managing key accounts, customer co-ordination, managing customer functions with respect to organisation needs, conducting client presentations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and negotiating business. The role demands a proactive approach to developing partnerships and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the business lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Business Development, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and B2B Sales
- Strong skills in Market Research, Competitive Analysis, and Strategic Planning
- Excellent communication, Negotiation, and Presentation capabilities
- Leadership abilities with a focus on Team Collaboration and Project Coordination
- Proficiency in tools for Business Intelligence and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Experience in Automotive Industry is a MUST
