This is a pure hunter role focused on end‑to‑end sales and new business acquisition across the US, UK, and Australian markets. The BDM will be responsible for prospecting, lead generation, outreach, demos, solutioning, negotiations, and independent deal closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Aggressive hunting to acquire new logos in target geographies
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Book qualified discovery meetings and run demos
- Present service capabilities and negotiate commercials/contracts
- Close deals independently and consistently achieve revenue targets
- Engage CXOs, Founders, and Practice Owners to build long‑term relationships
- Provide market intelligence and GTM strategies for expansion
- Maintain CRM hygiene (Zoho or similar) and track pipeline metrics
Candidate Profile
- 7+ years of B2B/B2C sales or business development experience
- Strong track record selling into the US market; UK/Australia exposure preferred
- Background in outsourcing/offshoring services (BPM/KPO/Financial Services)
- Proven hunter mindset with success in new logo acquisition
- Experience in end‑to‑end closure roles (demos, commercials, negotiations)
- Strong communication skills and executive presence
- Stable career profile with minimal job jumps
