Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager with 4–8 years of experience in the staffing and recruitment industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in client acquisition and revenue generation, with hands-on experience in technical and non-technical contractual hiring, particularly with Tier 1 companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business development initiatives to acquire new clients in staffing and recruitment services
- Build and manage strong relationships with Tier 1 companies
- Identify and generate leads for technical and non-technical contractual hiring requirements
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely and quality delivery
- Negotiate contracts, commercials, and SLAs with clients
- Achieve revenue targets and ensure business growth
- Track market trends and competitor activities
Key Requirements:
- 4–8 years of experience in business development within recruitment/staffing firms
- Proven experience in technical and non-technical contractual hiring
- Strong network with Tier 1 clients
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Target-driven with a strong sales mindset
Preferred Skills:
- Experience handling end-to-end staffing solutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
