Be Design Studio is a progressive architectural and interior design firm specializing in commercial, retail, and residential spaces. We are launching a new line of furniture called Formi. We are looking for a business developement executive to increase the market prescence of Formi theough exhibitions, social media presecnce and direct architect and interior design networks. Biraj Parikh, a graduate of Architectural Association in London, leads a team dedicated to delivering purposeful and well-crafted designs. Collaboration is key.
Role Description
This is a hybrid role for a Business Development Manager based in Mumbai, with the flexibility to work remotely on occasion. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to expand the studio's market presence. Duties include analyzing market trends, preparing proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to align business goals with client needs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in market research, strategic planning, and identifying business opportunities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and nurture client relationships
- Experience in sales, negotiation, and preparing compelling client presentations
- Ability to work collaboratively with design teams to align client objectives and project deliverables
- Ambitious person who wants to use more AI and can produce social media content and understand social media trends

- Familiarity with architectural and interior design fields is a plus
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field
