Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Kochi. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the company’s growth strategies. Key responsibilities will include market research, developing business proposals, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the role will require close collaboration with team members and stakeholders to drive seamless business development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills to build and maintain effective client relationships
- Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and preparing business reports
- Proven expertise in developing business strategies and achieving sales targets
- Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or healthcare sector is preferred
- Proficiency with CRM software and fluency in English and regional languages is an advantage
