Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Patna. The Business Development Manager will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, and drive revenue growth across IT development, digital marketing, resource augmentation, and blockchain services. Responsibilities include conducting outreach to prospective clients, leading discovery calls and presentations, preparing tailored proposals, and negotiating contracts in alignment with company goals. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to understand service capabilities, refining go-to-market strategies, and providing feedback to improve offerings based on market insights. The Business Development Manager will track performance metrics, prepare regular sales reports, and represent Bazaar Digital at meetings, events, and client visits to strengthen relationships and brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in business development, B2B sales, and account management, preferably within digital services or IT.
- Ability to generate leads through networking, cold outreach, social platforms, and partnerships, and to manage a structured sales pipeline.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to translate complex digital solutions into clear business value.
- Competence in market research, opportunity analysis, and basic financial concepts related to pricing, margins, and revenue projections.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, IT development, or technology services, with an interest in emerging areas such as blockchain.
- Comfort working with CRM tools, productivity software, and standard office applications to manage contacts, activities, and reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Self-driven, target-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Prior experience in an agency, consulting, or services environment is an advantage.
