Role Description
This full-time, on-site role is based in Bengaluru, India, for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and pursuing business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and devising business strategies to meet growth objectives. The Manager will also be tasked with negotiating and closing deals, preparing proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored office solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven business development experience and expertise in client relationship management
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of market trends, corporate real estate, or leasing is advantageous
- Ability to analyze individual client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and result-oriented approach
- Experience in sales, lead generation, and handling large deals
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
