Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Patna. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, leading sales initiatives, and achieving business growth targets. The role includes analyzing market trends, creating sales strategies, and collaborating with various teams to drive customer satisfaction and retention. Additionally, the position involves periodic reporting on business development activities and performance metrics to senior management.

- Proven skills in Business Planning and Sales Strategy development
- Strong expertise in Lead Generation and Client Relationship Management
- Exceptional Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Market Research and Analytical skills to identify business opportunities and trends
- Team leadership and collaboration skills to drive performance
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking software
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the food or bakery industry is preferred but not required
- A results-driven mindset with a proven track record in meeting and surpassing sales targets
