Role Description
The Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving sales and expanding the company's customer base. Daily responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, fostering partnerships, and delivering consistent sales targets. The role will also involve leading and mentoring a team, creating strategic sales plans, and ensuring excellent client relationship management. This is an on-site, full-time position based in Ranchi.
Qualifications
- Business Development and Sales skills, with a strong track record in achieving targets.
- Experience in Leadership, Team Management, and mentoring to drive performance and growth.
- Proficiency in Client Relationship Management and building long-term partnerships.
- Strategic Planning and Market Research skills to identify new growth opportunities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively engage stakeholders.
- Prior experience in the insurance or financial services sector is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market dynamics.
