About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and creative Business Development Manager to help grow our family law practice. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ideas from concept to execution, collaborating with a small but dedicated team, and driving meaningful impact in a professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the firm’s client base and brand presence.
- Identify and manage new business opportunities, collaborations, and outreach initiatives.
- Work closely with leadership to translate ideas into actionable plans.
- Coordinate with external vendors (e.g., designers, videographers, digital agencies) to execute marketing and operational projects.
- Manage timelines, follow-ups, and deliverables across multiple initiatives.
- Support internal process improvements and explore new tools or partnerships to enhance visibility and efficiency.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Self-starter with a creative, problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to take ownership of projects from ideation to completion.
- Prior experience in business development, marketing, or operations (professional services background preferred).
