Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager for a full-time, on-site role in Indore. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, creating targeted strategies for market expansion, and driving revenue growth. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing market trends, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to meet organizational objectives. Additionally, the role requires implementing effective sales strategies to achieve short-term and long-term business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Sales Strategy minimum 1 year Experience required
- Proficiency in Market Research, Competitive Analysis, and identifying growth opportunities
- Excellent Negotiation, Communication, and Presentation abilities
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and execute projects efficiently
- Prior experience in the real estate or related field is highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
- Self-driven, with strong organizational and time management skills
- Capability to thrive in fast-paced environments and deliver performance under tight deadlines
