Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team at our Mumbai office. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and creating growth strategies. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, overseeing sales cycles, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with marketing and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications
- Proven skills in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Client Relationship Management.
- Experience in Digital Marketing, including SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Campaign Management.
- Strong proficiency in Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation.
- Ability to conduct Market Research, identify potential clients, and generate leads.
- Knowledge of AI-driven marketing tools and CRM platforms is a plus.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to track metrics, optimize campaigns, and achieve sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a digital marketing agency or a similar B2B environment is advantageous.
