Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Business Development Manager located in Bhubaneswar. Responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing strategies to drive sales and expand market reach. The role involves conducting market research, preparing proposals, providing customer-focused solutions, and achieving sales targets. Regular collaboration with clients and internal teams is required to ensure project success.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Strategic Planning
- Proven expertise in Sales, Negotiation, and Market Research
- Capability in Project Coordination and Account Management
- Knowledge of Industrial Electrical Systems, Automation, and Networking is a significant advantage
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in dynamic work environments and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Previous experience in industrial or electrical systems is a plus
