Business Development Manager – Security Services (Bengaluru)

ATOP Security Group, a reputed security services organisation with over two decades of operational presence, is looking to appoint an experienced BD Manager to strengthen its on-ground leadership in Bengaluru.
This appointment is intended for professionals with deep exposure to the private security services industry, capable of managing field operations with authority, discipline, and independent judgment.
Note*: This role is strictly for ex-servicemen or people with experience in the private security services industry. Background outside the industry experience will not be considered.
Role Fit & Professional Standing
- Demonstrated experience managing security operations, manpower, and site-level execution
- Strong understanding of operational discipline, compliance, and service standards
- Ability to coordinate across teams and represent the organisation professionally
- Trusted to operate independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities
- The detailed scope of responsibilities and expectations will be discussed during the interview process.
Candidate Profile (Mandatory)
- Ex-serviceman background (Army / Navy / Air Force / Paramilitary) Preferred
- Prior experience within licensed private security agencies
- Bengaluru-based with strong local operational familiarity
- Effective communication and leadership skills
- High standards of integrity, accountability, and professionalism
