About The Role
The Business Development Manager will spearhead the growth initiatives for Atishay Limited, focusing on expanding our footprint in government and private sectors. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and leading strategic sales efforts to achieve revenue targets. The manager will work closely with technical and project teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in government and private sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
Coordinate with technical teams to align client requirements with service offerings.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions.
Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company's services.
Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new growth avenues.
Required Qualifications And Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven track record of 5-8 years in business development or sales within the IT industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and manage complex projects.
Experience with government projects or familiarity with government procurement processes is an advantage.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
