Role Overview
The Business Development Manager (B2B) role is a high-ownership, performance-driven position focused on driving B2B sales growth, onboarding buyers, and expanding ATAVISHAALA’s presence across domestic and global markets.
This is not a routine desk job. The role demands strong execution, independent lead generation, client acquisition, and the ability to close deals in a fast-paced, target-driven startup environment.

Key Responsibilities
B2B Sales & Business Development
● Identify, approach, and onboard B2B buyers including FMCG companies, wholesalers, HoReCa clients, processors, and export partners.
● Drive end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to deal closure.
● Expand domestic and international buyer networks.
Lead Generation & Target Achievement
● Independently generate high-quality B2B leads through research, outreach, and networking.
● Convert leads into active, recurring clients.
● Achieve clearly defined monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Client Relationship Management
● Build and maintain long-term relationships with domestic and global buyers.
● Understand buyer demand, pricing expectations, and supply requirements.
● Negotiate commercial terms while ensuring mutual value and sustainability.
Market Intelligence & Planning
● Track demand trends, crop cycles, pricing movements, and export opportunities.
● Share real-time market insights with procurement, operations, and leadership teams.
● Support strategic expansion into new markets and buyer segments.
Cross-Functional Coordination
● Collaborate with procurement, AI, technology, logistics, and operations teams.
● Align buyer demand with supply capabilities for smooth execution.
● Support scalable growth through structured processes and data-driven insights.
Process & Reporting
● Maintain accurate sales records, client data, and performance reports.
● Work with CRM and digital sales tools.
● Provide regular updates on pipeline status, closures, and forecasts.
