We are expanding our presence in the US market and seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth and client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities in the US market for IT services.
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle – lead generation, prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closure.
- Utilize platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, email campaigns, and cold calling to generate leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements and align them with company offerings.
- Prepare proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, and sales presentations.
- Collaborate with technical teams for solution design and delivery alignment.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain CRM updates and sales reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Proven experience in IT services sales (US/International market).
- Strong understanding of IT services like:
- Web & Mobile App Development
- Cloud Solutions
- SaaS Products
- Cybersecurity (preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with lead generation tools and CRM platforms.
- Ability to work in night shifts (US time zone).
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive mindset.
Preferred Skills- Experience with Upwork bidding / freelancing platforms.
- Knowledge of B2B sales strategies.
- Existing client network in the US market is a plus.
