📌 Job Title: Business Development Manager (Project Sales)
📍 Location: Hyderabad | Nagpur | Kochi | Ludhiana
🏢 Industry: Glass / Building Materials
💼 Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years in Building material industry
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and expand project sales business in the assigned territory
• Build strong relationships with builders, architects, contractors & consultants
• Drive specification and lead generation activities for project sales
• Identify new business opportunities and market segments
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution and customer support
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
🔹 Requirements:
• Experience in Project Sales / Building Materials industry is mandatory
• Strong network with builders, contractors & architects preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship management skills
• Ability to work independently and achieve business targets
