Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and promoting the company’s extensive range of hardware and furniture fitting solutions. Responsibilities include managing sales strategies, identifying market trends, meeting sales targets, and preparing detailed reports to assess market performance and opportunities. Collaborating effectively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and developing customized proposals are key parts of the role.
Qualifications
- Business development and sales expertise, with skills in client acquisition, lead generation, and negotiations
- Strong communication skills including client relationship management and proposal development
- Market analysis skills to identify potential growth opportunities
- Knowledge of hardware or furniture fittings is an advantage
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and work in a competitive market
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field
