Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager, based in Lucknow. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and developing tailored solutions to meet customer needs. Responsibilities include conducting market research, creating sales strategies, generating leads, delivering impactful presentations, and negotiating contracts. The Business Development Manager serves as a key liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure exceptional deliverables and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new brands and clients for influencer marketing and digital campaigns
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and pitching to negotiation and deal closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, and key stakeholders
- Understand client requirements and propose customized influencer marketing solutions
- Collaborate with influencer marketing and content teams to ensure smooth campaign execution
- Develop strategic proposals, pitch decks, and presentations for prospective clients
- Stay updated with industry trends, influencer landscape, and competitor activities
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and client data in CRM tools
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in business development, preferably in influencer marketing, advertising, or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing campaigns and brand collaborations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client servicing skills
- Proven track record of closing deals and generating revenue
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
